Front left chest would be the logo they choose, right chest would be two line name and rank, with name on top. The back would be the two color appliqué back the top part would say “Perry Twp” with a slight curve up. The center would be a truck number of the guys choice straight and the bottom would be  straight and the truck type of their choice.
